My cousin bought a huge bag of egg noodle all the way from malaysia on Monday. These noodles are similar to the yellow noodles sold in singapore's supermarket, but they are of more chewy texture. It was a different recipe, from the old one I usually use. It came out beautifully. Deep rich chocolatey taste and just the right fudgyness. Though I find the almond taste slightly too strong. Next time, I will just replace it with vanilla extract.
